I’m here to see you through the threshold crossings of death, loss, transition, remembering, and becoming.

My Services

Life is a continual cycle of change. Grief work offers a way to honor what we have loved, tend to what has been lost, and find our way through what is and has changed. Grief integration is holistic, non-clinical, and at the heart of both of my offerings.

Grief Integration

I support people experiencing grief from both death and non-death-related losses, helping them to navigate the significant personal and life changes that come with them. By creating space to make sense of what has changed, reconnect with what matters, and find ways to honor what has been lost, I help my clients learn how to carry both loss and love forward together.

I also support those with unprocessed grief who feel ready to turn toward it and listen to what it holds, so they can begin moving through it.

Becoming

I work with people who find themselves in moments of change- at a crossroads, on the edge of a new chapter, uncertain of what comes next, or feeling called to deepen their relationship with themselves and their intuition.

Working with me will help you reconnect with yourself, deepen your inner knowing, and explore who you’re becoming in a way that helps you understand yourself more fully, as you honor the ways you grow and come to know yourself through time.

About Me

Death and grief came for me at a very young age. It is how I came to see the world. It was what raised me, and is still raising me. As I got older, my path continued to be shaped by both my personal and my professional experiences with loss, grief, profound life transition, and continued becoming. These collective experiences called me toward supporting others through the terrain of living, dying, loss, transition, and renewal.

We move through life, death, and our individual becoming in constant communication with one another, the wider world, what we sense but can’t see, and our deeper selves.

It is so natural and innate, that we often forget all the ways that we are doing it. And we also overlook the ways that we are not.

It is important to our continued becoming as individuals- and as a species- to remember that our heartfelt experience moves through expression, impression, and communion.

Noticing is a communication.

Sensing is a communication.

Feeling is a communication.

What is communicating to you? What wants to be communicated through you? What do you wish to communicate?
