Bre Chamberlain (she/her) believes the relationship we have with ourselves is the root from which all others grow. She works with open-hearted people at every stage of life, with a special calling for those navigating seasons of change and transition- because the threshold of transition is an invitation to step more fully into a relationship with your self, your intuition, and your fullest potential.
Bre’s services include Intuition Coaching, Intuitive Energy Work, and Home Rejuvenation & Alignment. During sessions with you, she will create a gentle, supportive space to reconnect with yourself, release what no longer serves, and step into a life, a living space, and/or relationships that feel aligned, nourishing, and true.
Bre is an intuitive guide and a wayfinder trained in Transformational Life Coaching, Reiki, grief support, and holistic guidance, Bre guides you to meet yourself with honesty and compassion, honor your truth, and awaken the wisdom that already lives within you.
Bre believes humans are naturally intuitive, but most of us- especially women- are rarely taught to strengthen it, and often taught to silence it instead. Bre helps you learn to hear your intuition above the chatter of everyday life, showing you that this is the foundation for living fully, making empowered choices, and stepping into your highest potential.

Home Rejuvenation & Alignment
Your home reflects the energy of your life, and your life reflects the energy of your home. When your home feels cluttered, stagnant, or misaligned, it can energetically hold you back. In this session, Bre guides you through clearing stagnant energy, reorganizing, and refreshing your current space - or creating your new space- with care.
Together, you’ll release what no longer serves, realign your environment with your intentions, and create a home that supports clarity, flow, and your next chapter. This is more than organization, it’s a mindful reset that nurtures both your space and your spirit.
Intuitive Energy Work
Rooted in Reiki and guided by intuition, this energy work offers a soft yet powerful space to return to yourself. Each session meets you exactly where you are, gently supporting the release of stagnant energy, emotional holding, and energetic imbalance.
Through subtle shifts and deep listening, your system is invited to soften, unwind, and realign- restoring a natural sense of balance, clarity, and inner calm. In this space, you are held as you reconnect with your body, your energy, and the wisdom within.
Intuition Coaching
Coaching sessions offer a supportive space to explore your inner truth and step into alignment with who you are. Bre helps you distinguish your own intuitive guidance from the noise of your mind, so you can trust your inner voice and make decisions with clarity.
Through reflective guidance and compassionate insight, Bre supports you in building self-trust, navigating life’s transitions, and creating a life and relationships that feel authentic, nourishing, and true.
Bre Chamberlain
Bre believes that the foundation of every healthy relationship is the relationship we have with ourselves. When you know, honor, and care for your own inner life, everything else shifts—your choices, your connections, and your sense of purpose. Life becomes clearer, more aligned, and more meaningful.
She worked in Social Justice for over 15 years, working in health advocacy, advocacy for Older Americans, racial justice, and housing rights.
Bre holds a BA in Sociology, Education, and Holistic Health, and has certifications in Grief Support, and Horticulture. She is a Reiki Master and has been trained in Transformational Life Coaching and as an End of Life Doula.
A lover of both the wild of this planet and the wilderness of the human soul and psyche, Bre is an explorer of Earth, self, and realms of consciousness. She is deeply curious about life’s biggest questions and mysteries. Bre is Co-owner of Lucky Plot, a native New England plant nursery, and is currently based in Portland, Maine.
