self-relationship coaching
Bre (she/her) fully believes that our relationships with others are only as healthy and nourishing as our relationship with our self. She is an intuitive with the gift of seeing the full potential of a being. She uses this sight along with her training in Transformation Life Coaching, Grief Support, and Holistic and Integrative Health to guide others in the cultivation of a deeper relationship with their highest self, and by guiding her client into a practice of self-relationship.
intuitive energy work
Reiki based, intuition led. This healing work is grounded in the gentle structure of Reiki and guided by the subtle wisdom of intuition. Each session unfolds intuitively, responding to the unique needs of your energy, body, and spirit in the moment. Bre listens deeply—to your being, your energy field, your emotional state, and what arises beyond words. Whether you're seeking clarity, release, deep rest, or gentle realignment, this practice meets you exactly where you are—with compassion, presence, and care.
swedish death cleaning
Originally designed to help us organize our belongings long before death—so our loved ones aren’t burdened during their grief—Swedish Death Cleaning can also be a deeply empowering act of self-care. It can be a useful preparation for any life transition, and for adults of any age. From it’s orignial application, to other transitional life events such as downsizing a home, moving, clearing our space after the end of a partnership (or before the beginning of a new one), welcoming babies and children into our lives, children leaving the nest for college, etc, there are many ways this practice can be applied.
